About Steve Wilde

Steve is the founding attorney of Wilde Law Firm, which has been serving agents through the facilitation of short sales since 2009. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and California and draws from insight gained as a real estate closings lawyer as well as a real estate investor and instructor. His in-depth knowledge and foreclosure investment experiences provide a solid foundation for real estate agents to learn all the intricacies of foreclosures, from assisting clients who are facing foreclosures to make informed decisions to better serve investor clients and create a profitable personal investment business.
Steve graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point New York and sailed as a merchant marine officer throughout the world on a number of ships prior to pursuing a law degree. He spent some time in Chicago studying improv at the Second City prior to going to law school. Steve graduated from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis, Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He has practiced real estate law in North Carolina for more than 20 years. ​
